For emancipations
Different municipalities in the Basque Country are carrying out or are committed to carrying out exemplary transformative municipal development projects, especially based on sectoral sovereignty, towards democratization, decarbonization or citizen empowerment in basic service infrastructures.
The implementation of these projects is not easy, the technical difficulty component is there and often the municipal legal system or framework component involves other difficulties. In fact, XIX. the municipal organization of the 21st century is being used. to face the challenges of the century.
Therefore, the Udalbiltza Consortium is working on the creation of a network of agents and experts that, through these experts and the technicians of the Consortium, can offer advice and support on sovereignty and transformation projects to the municipalities and municipalities of the Basque Country, as well as to the municipalities that are members of the Consortium in a more solid and concrete way.
